Listed below is all you'll need to know about getting started with a food drive, touring our facility or scheduling a group tour of High Plains Food Bank! All forms below are in a PDF format:

Food and Fund Drive packet (full kit) - it tells you how to start a food drive, gives creative ideas and includes everything listed below

Most Needed Items - food/product items in need the most at High Plains Food Bank

Food Drive Registration form - register your food drive with us so we know what groups/entities are helping us out. This helps us keep track of all food donors to HPFB

Event/Fundraiser Registration and Agreement form - complete this form if you plan on holding a special event, fundraiser or benefit event that will yield only monetary donations to HPFB. Please note, only fill out this form if you a planning a big event open to the public, etc (raising money at your office, business, etc are exempt from this form).
