THE EMERGENCY FOOD ASSISTANCE PROGRAM

We believe in more than just offering food assistance; our mission is to combat hunger holistically through The Emergency Food Assistance Program. By providing nutritious food and educating communities on healthy eating habits, we empower individuals to achieve long-term food security and self-sufficiency. Together, we can create a stronger, healthier future for everyone.

BENEFIT ASSISTANCE

HPFB offers SNAP, CHiP, Medicaid and TANF application assistance through a social services coordinator who helps individuals with the daunting application process for these life-stabilizing benefits. The Social Services Department grew in 2019 by adding a referral specialist. This team is helping establish future self-sufficiency.
